We have four fireplaces in the house; the one in the master bedrooms upstairs can be used to burn wood. However, because the house is in the city proper, city sounds do occur. Santa Fe is a pretty sleepy city as cities go, however, so if there is any ambient city noise you might hear through the windows it usually will not go late into the night. We do have sound cancellation devices in each of the bedrooms. Five-guest limit includes children/infants. We have a Smart TV in the living room; no cable channels.
