Also brand new induction cooker, hood, toilet fittings, LED lightings & ceiling fan. However this is a walkup apartment on the 2nd floor & not wheelchair friendly and no lifts Min stay: 3 months. Please note that contractually, you are booked for a 3 month stay but we allow you to just use up the period / fee you have paid on your booking and end there or automatically renewed as long as you trigger a payment thru Airbnb for up to 3 months We will need to sign an agreement but if you have to leave during your X month stay, there will be no refunds to the monies you have paid Nor will there be any refunds Guest access Entrance to unit is via SAMSUNG touch screen keypad while common lobby is sensor light activated. This is a stand alone dual key unit within a walkup apt on the 2nd floor with no lifts.
