One large bedroom with CA KING size bed and a big walk in closet. Well equipped kitchenette with a coffeemaker, toaster, full size refrigerator, microwave, heating plates and a counter top conventional oven. Living room with 50 inch flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa bed (that two can sleep in). Extra mattress can be provided. Nice bathroom with a shower and a big sink. A portable AC and heather are provided if the central system isn't enough to serve you personal need. Guest access Large resort style backyard with medium size pool, hammock and tables to have cozy dinners at . Perfect to cool of there during hot CA days. Enjoy our backyard, filled with fruit trees to enjoy. Get a juicy grapefruit for breakfast or make your delicious Mojito made out of one of our tasty lemons. If you want to work out after a long day or start your day in the best possible way we have a small outdoor gym. FYI, pool is not heated and during the winter season it can get cold, even though the days here can be like summer all year around.
