This is a separate floor and can be locked off from the rest of the house ensuring complete privacy for guests. - The Sunroom area can be used as breakfast/dinning/writing area. - Queen bed with Hotel Collection sheets and comforter. - The sofa bed has with a pull out queen memory foam mattress. - Bathroom with shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer provided. - Walk-in closet. - Free high-speed wireless internet. - 75" Samsung Smart TV. Guests can login to their account and watch live tv, Netflix, etc. - Iron and ironing board. - Room heater. No A/C (Not required in San Francisco). - Mini Fridge and Microwave. - Keurig K-Slim Coffee Maker and K-Cups. - No smoking or pets please. - No Kitchen. - No parking available in the garage. Street parking only where available. Guest access - The entrance to the guest suite is through the garage. - We shall provide you with the access code to open the garage door. - The guest suite door has a Nest lock. We shall provide you with a unique access code which will be valid only for the duration of your stay. During your stay Please note that we will only interact with guests via the Airbnb app. If there is an emergency you may call us. Other things to note HOSTS: We are a family of three that live in the floors directly above the guest unit. We are an active family so you will hear us: footfalls, occasional dropped objects, muffled voices, shut doors etc. Our family is active in weekdays between 6:30am to 8:30am and 6:30pm to 9:00pm If you are particularly sensitive to sound or suspect that it might keep you from enjoying your stay, this may not be the right place for you.
