We will need to sign a MOBILITY LEASE (minimum 1 month, maximum 10 months). A rental guarantee is required. The space Our 64 m² 3-room apartment is located 100 meters from the beaches of the Promenade des Anglais and 90 meters from the Tram Lines 1 and 2, Lenval Hôpital stop (direct access to the airport, Old Nice, and the port), and can accommodate up to 2 people on a short-term rental agreement of 1 to 10 months (9-month student rental agreement also possible).
