The apartment includes a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom styled with local Welsh art. Each of the three very large bedrooms is uniquely designed: - Paradis: A heavenly, all-white room featuring a king-size bed and a 43-inch TV with Netflix. - The Magpie: A huge, striking black-and-white room with a super king-size bed and an additional double daybed. - The Treehouse: Our largest room, decorated with rustic touches, offering a king-size bed and a double daybed. All bedrooms are equipped with a table and chairs, providing a quiet space to relax or work. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay. This includes all three bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Other things to note - Each bedroom is equipped with a table and chairs, creating a comfortable workspace for business travelers or a quiet spot to relax. - There is a fire door at the bottom of the stairs. This fire door is for the hairdressers next door as a means to escape if they have a fire. IMPORTANT — RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY This property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and is not suitable for parties, gatherings or loud celebrations. Guests visiting Cardiff for birthdays, events or celebrations are welcome, but any celebration must take place away from the property. Noise must be kept to a minimum throughout the stay, particularly during quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am.
