There is no elevator on the premises. The check-in process is managed exclusively through our online platform. It is mandatory to complete all steps in order to receive the access instructions for the accommodation. Upon check-in, guests are required to sign a Short-Term Rental Agreement, as required by the Italian Revenue Agency. For all bookings with a rental amount exceeding €77.47, a €2 stamp duty is applied in accordance with Ministerial Decree of 17/06/2014, to be paid at the time of online check-in. It is also mandatory to complete the online check-in form and provide valid identification documents for all guests, as required by Article 109 of the Public Security Law (T.U.L.P.S.), in order to transmit the data to the competent authorities (Questura). Other things to note The residence is located in the historic center of Como in a restricted traffic area (ZTL), therefore access with private vehicles is not allowed. However, convenient paid street parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the ZTL, as well as the Municipal Car Park, which is just a 5-minute walk from the property. During extended stays, it is possible to request a change of linen at a cost of €15. The tourist tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid separately at the time of online check-in.
