General Store Inn Room One, near Uconn

We have a private rooms in our historic house 6 min. from downtown Uconn Campus & about 15 to 20 mins from Eastern State University. our home has easy access to the highway and road. We can add in a twin bed if requested into any room. Coffee & Tea always provided at our snack bar. Feel free to use the common spaces kitchen, sitting area, breakfast nook, dining room, large living room with fireplace and tv, internet and hulu. Innkeeper on site. If you need more than one room, tell us. The space Our home is special & one of a kind. Come stay for a night in one room or purchase all the rooms for the time you stay here. We are a historic home built in the 1700's. Interact with the innkeepers as much or as little as you want. Please note we do have two cats who live here but they will leave you alone. Depending on the weekend, we may or may not be here due to work. Guest access We have a few easy ways to access the house and your rooms. During your stay We will be here for check in when we can and we do tend to come and go a lot during the weekend but you are free to use the house. We interact as much or as little as you wish us too. Our shared spaces can be used and set up your laptop, use our company strength wifi and enjoy. Other things to note Our nice large backyard is perfect to relax in and enjoy our fire pit. Our main shared spaces are perfect for sitting with your guests, ordering pizzas, chatting and even enjoying a movie. Rent just a room and ask about our additional spaces. We provide towels, sheets, pillows, and more here for your stay.
