This 2nd floor unit has full bath inside the listing, and the half bath is in the foyer which only belongs to only the 2nd floor guests. Guest access The attached private balcony overseeing the ocean. Other things to note Pet Fee: $100 pet fee per pet Bodycare Amenities: Please bring your own body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We do not provide because of individual person’s preference and allergies. Cooking: We do not provide cooking oil because of individual person’s preference and allergies. Parking Limitations: Up to 2 cars can be parked on the property. Both cars can be parked in the driveway on the south side of the building. Pls leave us 4 ft so we can access garage. If you have more cars they can be parked for free at 13th Ave. and Hill Street beach approach.
