The space Elegant double doors welcome you on arrival to this designer ultra-modern and spacious apartment and the interior is a picture of laid-back luxury, where classic architecture meets seamlessly with contemporary glamour. The air-conditioned apartment has a typical open plan kitchen/ dining/ living area, complete with all the necessary amenities, including but not limited to a Nespresso coffee machine, Marshall speaker, flat screen TV and sound bar, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Huge floor-to-ceiling mirrors frames the lounge area. Step out onto the swooping curved balcony from the lounge or the master bedroom offering uninterrupted ocean views blending into The Twelve Apostles Mountain Range. Guests enjoy access to shared leisure facilities including a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, sundeck and BBQ area. Other things to note Luggage Assistance : Only available Mon – Fri 14h00 – 16h00 for check-in and 08h00 – 10h00 for check-out. Check In after 16h00 will be subject to a surcharge for overtime, alternatively self check-in will apply A mandatory refundable damage deposit equal to 1 nights' stay will be charged prior to arrival. We collect the damage deposit by credit card up to 7 days prior to arrival. We return your damage deposit by credit card up to 7 days after check-out - the refund is subject to terms & conditions. We require your personal email address after reservation made, to share with you our property / guest manual together with a guest information form. The aforementioned documents need to be signed / completed 7 days prior to check-in.
