Stunning Lake Front House

Our home was designed in the 1970's by family friend and New Zealand architect, John Scott. While updating certain amenities, we have endeavored to retain the original decor of the era. With both expansive lawn on the waterfront and quiet garden on the street side of the house there is always a pleasant outdoor environment to enjoy. The space The open plan kitchen/dining area contrasts with a low ceilinged cosy sitting room with an open fireplace and sheepskin window seat. The downstairs bedroom is a wonderful cool summer retreat with outdoor access, while upstairs there are two light filled bedrooms. Artworks throughout by well know New Zealand artists add to the unique character of our home. Wide flat lawn rolls down to the water's edge providing expansive views across the lake. Situated in picturesque Acacia Bay, holiday homes don't get much better than this. Guest access You will be able to use the whole house. Other things to note Only 3 minutes walk to a handy shop and popular local restaurant/bar. Boat ramp and jetty a mere 100 metres away!
