Guest house situated on a grassy acre "suburban farm" property. 1 bedroom (king bed) with adjoining study and full bath. Comfy couch and over sized ottoman in living room converts into an additional full size guest bed plus a twin daybed and a full airbed are available. Wi-fi, Roku TV, key code locks, kitchenette, washer and dryer, PLUS fresh eggs, if hens cooperate. The space Our guest house is a generous space for 1-2 people, but can easily accommodate up to 4. It has 1 bedroom with a king sized bed and adjoining small study with a single twin size daybed. A roomy full bath includes a stacked washer and dryer. The living area has a huge and comfy sectional couch that could easily be used as a place to sleep but we also have a full sized air mattress that you are welcomed to use. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, a hot plate, toaster oven and microwave. You'll have the run of the entire guest house as well as the back yard including the organic garden - and the barn, as long as you close the gate since the dogs think chickens are really cool toys. Guest access Guests have private access to the guesthouse with keypad entry and use of the gracious yard - perfect for pets! The acre property includes a gas grill, fire pit, organic garden and a barn. Guests are welcomed to enjoy fresh eggs, whatever is in season in the garden, yard games and the hammock. We are happy for guests to park in the front and walkthrough the side yard to the guest house in the back of the property, but there is also a back gate with more direct access if preferred. Other things to note We have chickens in the barn near the guest house. If our layers are being cooperative, we would be happy to provide fresh eggs upon request.
