If you choose to smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly and keep doors/windows closed. 🐾 No Pets For allergy and cleanliness reasons, pets are not permitted on the property. 👶 Infants If traveling with an infant, please bring your own crib or infant bed. We do not provide baby equipment. We do have a youth shield that lifts up on the twin beds for toddlers. 🧹 Respect the Space Please treat the home with care, as you would your own. Report any accidental damage right away so we can fix it quickly for future guests. 🔕 Quiet Hours Out of respect for neighbors, please keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during evening and late-night hours. 👥 Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. No parties or events. 🗑️ Basic Tidying Before checkout, please: • Place used towels in the bathroom • Load and start the dishwasher if used • Take trash to the designated bin • Leave the home in generally good order (No need to deep clean — we’ve got that covered!) 🚗 Parking Free designated parking is available for one vehicle in lot across the street. Spot #10 Please use the designated spot only & parking permit we provide. Leave the hangtag when you depart. 🔐 Lock Up Please lock doors and windows when leaving the home. ❄️ Heating & A/C Feel free to adjust for comfort, but please be mindful of energy use when leaving the home. Return heat to 60 n AC to 75.
