The space This space is a renovated basement apartment in a 1951 home on a quiet street. The living space features an open floor plan. A door separates the living space from the bedroom and laundry room. Another door separates the bedroom from the bathroom. There are NO shared spaces. Enjoy 927 sq ft of living space! Sleep comfortably on a King Puffy Lux mattress and daybed. Work-from-home with a desk, fast wifi, and ample natural light. Please note that the small basement windows are not meant to be used. Please use the egress window in the bedroom. Also, please note that the utility room is not considered a living space and we do not put a ton of effort to making it clean. We only clean the main living spaces. The heating is Central and is controlled on the main level and runs throughout the day. It can get hot in the basement when left on. Please let us know and we can adjust it. Space heaters are also provided. You may hear some noise and floor creaking from the main level.
