Bedroom 2: Unwind with a cityscape view from another comfortable bed. Two Bathrooms: Each equipped with a shower and toilet. Outdoor Spaces: A 50 sqm terrace with stunning Mediterranean Sea views, furnished with two sun chairs, a large outdoor table, and a cozy sun-soaked couch. An additional 20 sqm terrace offering city views is accessible through the corridor. Parking: A dedicated free parking spot on the ground floor. Please note: The central AC in the living room is currently non-functional. We installed 2 new ventilators instead. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire penthouse, including: The open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room. Two spacious bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms. A 50 sqm terrace with breathtaking sea views, sun loungers, a large outdoor table, and a cozy couch. A 20 sqm terrace with city views, is accessible through the corridor. A free private parking spot on the ground floor for added convenience. Important Rules: The exact number of guests stated in your booking must be respected, and no parties or events are allowed. Your comfort, privacy, and a peaceful environment are our priorities. Enjoy the space as your own! Other things to note Avoid throwing paper in the bathroom toilets. The central AC in the living room is non-functional; however, the AC units in both bedrooms are fully operational. We installed 2 new ventilators instead in the salon. Parties, birthdays, and events are strictly prohibited, even if no one stays overnight. A maximum of 4 guests is allowed, and only the exact number of guests specified at the time of booking will be permitted. You must register the exact number of guests on the platform, even if they are not sleeping over. If your check-in is after 7 pm, kindly be aware that a 10$ fee is required for the worker who will assist you, as he will be coming far from his house and after his working hours.
