Use of the kitchen (stocked with various spices, pots, pans, plates & utensils) and common areas fosters interaction along with relaxation when needed. The space My place is approximately eleven minutes to Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The Rim and La Cantera shopping centers; 20 min to Sea World. Close to UTHSC and many restaurants and grocery stores. Fifteen minutes to UTSA; Six minutes to USAA and 24 min to Lackland AFB. Quick acess to I-10, I-410 and I-1604. The Pearl Brewery and The Alamo are 20 minutes away. We're located on a corner lot with ample free parking. Approximately 20 minutes from downtown and the famed riverwalk. Guest access As a guest you will have access to all common areas. There are two living rooms, one with a TV and one for a more quiet experience. The kitchen is well stocked (assorted spices, oils, salt & pepper), and equipped with pots and pans, along with plates and eating utensils! In other words, the kitchen is ready for cooking your favorite dish! During your stay My wife and I are friendly, open minded and accommodating. We are aware that at times guests need space; and are available if needed. I'm a short phone call or text away. We live on the property and can provide guidance and information regarding the house, placement of things, and reference to local places. Other things to note We have a small dog who loves people. Our home is accommodating and we love to mingle, as well as provide space and privacy when needed. For families with small children we have a pack-n-play and a small toddler bed available. We have home that is lovely and comfortable.
