Its all about the place - fab beachfront studio!

One of the very few Airbnbs right on the beach in Gibraltar! Best of both worlds as quick easy access to town. Studio for 2, large private balcony overlooking beautiful Mediterranean Sandy Bay. Incredible views! Lapping of waves, amazing sunrises, boats, even whales, tuna and dolphins. Binos provided! Comfortable and stylish. Attention to detail. At the foot of the amazing Rock. Beautiful and peaceful East of Gibraltar, which is cooler overnight, a short bus ride or level walk into town. The space Stylish and comfy space with amazing views, right on the beach, and with everything you could need, in a secure well maintained block. Fully equipped studio apartment for 2, updated this year. You will be provided with a welcome pack to get the first day of your holiday off to a good start, and a cafetiere for your coffee essentials. The front door to the apartment is sheltered with useful undercover drying space, washing machine and and drying rack. On entering the apartment, your eyes will quickly be drawn to the window, and you will not be able to resist going straight out to the private balcony to appreciate the amazing view of the sea, which is literally on the doorstep. Look to the left to appreciate the Spanish Andalucian mountains, and to the right to admire the Rif (Middle Atlas) range in Morocco. The stylish studio apartment is just the right size to be cosy but spacious enough to be very comfortable, and can only comfortably accommodate 2 guests. There is a small dining table, with two designer chairs, and a comfy small sofa chair. It benefits from a new 55 inch smart UHD TV with fibre with access to cable/fibre tv with many Sky channels, and UK channels. Fast fibre broadband is included. Multiple USB plug sockets and power points. No cable trunking here!! It has a lovely little kitchen with quality equipment by Joseph Joseph, a full oven, microwave. toaster, and a fridge (no freezer) with ready chilled water for you. I think you will be spending all your time dining alfresco on the very private balcony! The apartment has a sumptuous king sized bed made up with luxury high thread count cotton bedding. It also has a single comfy sofa bed so the apartment can accommodate 2 individuals or a couple, whatever you prefer. A couple in the king size bed, with a super comfy mattress, new in 2024, or add in the single sofa bed to be used as required for a second guest, with firm mattress and memory foam topper - extraordinarily comfortable! The bathroom has a powerful over-bath shower, and heated towel rail to keep your towels dry and the apartment toasty in the winter. There is a large wardrobe with hanging space and shelving, and a built in safe for your valuables (not necessary as Gib is very safe!). There is a comprehensive information file with bus information, maps and activities to enhance your enjoyment of this amazing place. It is very clean, stylish, and has a beautiful outlook, you can relax at night to the sound of the lapping waves, the peace and quiet is wonderful, although the bustle of town is in easy and quick reach. The nights are cooler in summer on the East side of the Rock, but I also have reverse air conditioning for your comfort in summer or winter. The windows have blackout blinds, so you can sleep later or gaze at the amazing sunrises if you prefer! The lights are dimmable to add to the ambiance. The private balcony is equipped with sun chair and a table and chairs. Lanterns add to the romance of the summer's evening with the sound of the waves lapping. There is an awning for the balcony so you can have shade if you wish! There is no lift, and the apartment is down a flight of stairs, so may not be accessible for the disabled. I have catered for your safety with a smoke alarm, fire blanket, and fire extinguisher. Carbon monoxide alarm not required as apartment is all electric. Parking is sonetimes available judt along the road, but limited. Paddleboarding at Sandy bay, bike hire, scooter hire, and many tours and other fun things to do in Gibraltar. Guest access The whole apartment is available, with a private entrance. The apartments are literally right on the beautiful, clean, safe and level beach at Sandy Bay. The complex is set at the foot of the amazing Rock. I am can try to accommodate flexible check in and out if you have a late flight and bookings/cleaning allow. I can often allow an early bag drop if needed. I am afraid that the apartment has no lift, and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users. Other things to note The beach is not very busy the majority of the time, except the summer holidays, and is cleaned daily during the summer, and also regularly during the winter. People do swim all year (the hardy ones!) The beds can be made as a king size bed with very comfy sprung and layered style mattress with memory foam layer, or with the addtional super comfy single sofa chairbed made up, with slatted base and memory foam topper according to your preference, to suit you as a couple or 2 individuals. It is also all allergy friendly bedding. There is a 55" smart TV with many movie and UK Channels in addition to the usual internet TV apps. Free fibre internet wifi is available, and the aparment has an abundance of USB charging sockets. The lighting to the studio room is on a dimmer switch, so you control the mood of the place! There are excellent blackout blinds to keep the light out. There is a high power hairdrier, first aid kit, and fire safety equipment. I have also built in a small safe, for your valuables, although this will not be necessary as Gibraltar is a very safe place! Water in Gibraltar is drinkable, as it is distilled from the sea, and you will find 2 bottles of it ready chilled for your arrival in the fridge. In the summer you can park on the road outside during the day, and there are a 10 unlimited free spaces very near. Alternatively you can pay for parking at Devils Tower Road, and catch a bus to the apartment. We suggest you don't need a car as the buses are excellent and there is extremely little free parking in Gibraltar. Gibraltar now charge a sustainable tourism fee of £3 pppn which you will see as 'taxes' when you go to book with me as I prefer you not to have any nasty surprises on arrival! Lots to do in Gibraltar, paddleboarding on the doorstep at Sandy Bay, bike hire, lots of tours and historical sites to see.
