My place is basic for budget travelers , it's just normal beds with a shower/toilet attached every room only has a small desk and chair. Every room has a ceiling fan .and basic lighting We have a large chill-out area share dby tree rooms which helps guest and us socialize. Nothing Fancy . The space Our family run guest house is centrally located near by the main road,and is a few minutes walk from the Beach .There is a general stores just outside the guesthouse. Very nearby at the Junction(100 metes) where there are Restaurants, Supermarkets, Money Exchanges,Travel agents, Rental Bike agents, ATMs ,etc to serve basic needs. There plenty of Bar & Restaurants around serving different Breakfast & Cousins . Theres a garden at the Entrance .The room has a green view to large trees around. This room doesn't offer Air conditioning, its just a very basic room with an attached bathroom. The room is on the top first floor with a large chill out (community area) where guests can relax, eat and drink etc.., and communicate with other guests. They can use the Chill out in the garden , free Wifi, the common area which is shared by other guest. We Like to interact with guest .We stay at the property and you can contact us anytime, in case we are not available can be contacted by phone anytime.We are available at all times to help and assist you during your stay if it is needed. We promise to do all we can to make your stay a very pleasant and comfortable one. The Anjuna beach is just 500 mtrs away. Restaurants,cafeterias, bars etc are just 100mtrs around. The famous Anjuna flea market is just 1 km away. BEACHES -Vagator - 2km,Chapora-3km ,Baga-6km, Calngute -8km and Mapusa town is just 9km away. - The nearest bus station is 50mtrs -The nearest main Mapusa is just 9km where u can avail all your needs at a cheaper price - 1 hr drive (45km)from the Airport, - 18 km from Thivim Railway Station . -55 km from Madgoan Railway Station. - 8 km from Mapusa ( closest town/ city) - 6 km from Baga Beach - 8 km from Calangute. - 2 Km from Vagator Beach - About 20 km from Arambol beach, Morjim , Mandrem and Ashwem Beach. - You can visit the Flea Market on Wednesdays( 1Km). The Saturday Night Market (2 Km) Paid laundry service. We provide free parking for 2 wheelers(Bikes) of our guests outside as well as inside the property depending on availability and convenience. There is a shop just outside the guest house, restaurants , travel agencies , money exchange, super market etc..., are all just a few steps away in an area of 200 mtrs. Guest access common chill-out During your stay I like socialising .I just live down the ground floor . Guest can reach me by phone , WhatsApp or else resedence guest can come and knock the door. I am always available in the evenings to chat . during the day I'm busy arround doing some work. Other things to note No outside guest allowed strictly. pl close the entrance gate as u come and go out . No smoking inside the room .
