Access to Homosassa River right from Otter Creek, no bridges, no obstructions. Guest access Guests are welcome to access property at time of check-in and have use of entire fenced-in space and the dock. Other things to note -No smoking inside Homosassa Haven. -No open fires on property. -Please pack beach/boating towels, we provide bath towels, which are only for indoor use. -We are pet-friendly. $99 non-refundable fee for first pet, $49 for additional pet, not to exceed 2 pets. Your pets will enjoy a large, fenced yard. Guest is required to pick-up after their pets.
