Homosassa Haven is the perfect place to stay while you fish, hideaway or harvest scallops (season: 7/1-9/24). Our updated 3/2 sits on a deep-water canal with gorgeous views and sleeps 8. The private dock is ready for your boat. Plenty of parking for vehicles & boat trailers; public boat ramp is nearby. Lots of outdoor seating to take in stunning sunsets while you grill your catch of the day. Enjoy the water view right from our canoe or kayaks. Popular parks, restaurants and bars are close! The space Lots of lush nature surrounds you; whether you're setting sail, scalloping, taking in our gorgeous sunsets or relaxing in one of the hammocks. Enjoy all the beauty of old Florida from the dock, large patio or picnic tables, or right from the water in our kayaks and canoe. Access to Homosassa River right from Otter Creek, no bridges, no obstructions. Guest access Guests are welcome to access property at time of check-in and have use of entire fenced-in space and the dock. Other things to note -No smoking inside Homosassa Haven. -No open fires on property. -Please pack beach/boating towels, we provide bath towels, which are only for indoor use. -We are pet-friendly. $99 non-refundable fee for first pet, $49 for additional pet, not to exceed 2 pets. Your pets will enjoy a large, fenced yard. Guest is required to pick-up after their pets. If guest brings pets on property without submitting pet fee, pets damage property or pets are not picked up after, guest is subject to additional fees. -If Homosassa Haven is left in an unacceptable manner, you may be subject to additional cleaning/excessive garbage fees. -We are proud Airbnb Superhosts!
