Ether Villa consists of a 3 bedroom Main House and an attached 2 bedroom wing. The home can be configured as a 5 bedroom home, or as two separate units with own entrances. North-facing, set on a mountain, in a large indigenous garden, overlooking the back of Table Mountain and Orangekloof Nature Reserve with views and sunsets. Nearby is Constantia restaurants and wine farms, beaches and the village center of Hout Bay with groceries, shops, and other attractions. The space Over half an acre of grounds to explore, rich in indigenous flora, the garden attracts a lot of birdlife. We are surrounded by mountains and there are many walks and hikes, of varying difficulties, in the area. Main house: The main house has three bedrooms. Upstairs: There are two bedrooms upstairs - the main bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet and a balcony with breath taking views. The second upstairs bedroom has two single beds (or can be made as a King). The second bedroom is ideal for kids or family members as closest bathroom is the Bed 1 en-suite. Ground floor: Bedroom three can be 2 singles or 1 King. It has access to a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. The main house has an open plan fully equipped kitchen flowing to the dining area, living area and out to the deck. There is a gas braai (bbq) on the deck along with the traditional wood/charcoal braai at the gazebo). Cottage: The two bedroom cottage is adjacent to the main house with an inter-leading passage and (lockable) door between the two. The cottage also has its own private entrance if required and parking within the gated property. The exclusive-use porch of the bedrooms provides a 180-degree view of the mountains and garden. The is a second gas braai to use on the Cottage porch/deck. The cottage kitchenette has all the basics with microwave and induction cooktop, air fryer, but note, no oven. There is a TV with Netflix and uncapped high speed WiFi. Guest access Access to grounds and all amenities - pool (w/cover), barbecue, jungle gym, trampoline. Dine al fresco at the pool-side shaded patio with dining table. Other things to note Municipal water restrictions and drought may require us to close the pool for periods. It is typically covered for child safety when not in use. Our cleaner will come to tidy every 3rd day or by arrangement.
