We are accepting COVID compliant bookings only. Please only request to book if your family or group meets the restrictions in place. Beautiful period home in a gorgeous Cotswold village. Great social spaces for large groups in the kitchen diner, living room and dining room, plus spacious bedrooms upstairs. Great pubs 100m. Loads to do with nearby Bath, Bristol, Castle Coombe and Lacock, or days out at Westonbirt Arboretum, Dyrham Park NT, Badminton and the Bath Bristol cycle way. The space Downstairs: Lovely large open kitchen with two ovens, hob, steam oven, microwave and two fridges. There are also boiling and chilled water taps and a great in-built coffee machine for coffees, expressos and cappuccinos! Also a small table and comfy sofa. There’s a utility room with washer dryer and a downstairs WC. The back door leads out to the garden, with lawn and sunny patio with 10-seater table and chairs, plus for the kids wendy house, trampoline and climbing frame. Relaxing spacious living room with two sofas log burner, 49” TV, DVD player, Netflix and Now TV. Large dining room with table for up to 10 (plus you can bring a small table in for kids if there are more of you). Also a lovely fully tuned piano. The upstairs: On the first floor is the master (super king) double with en suite WC and shower, another large double and family bathroom with shower and bath. There’s also an office (with floor space for an infant’s travel cot or a blow up mattress if needed). On the second floor there’s a twin room with en suite WC and shower, another twin (with pull out full size single trundle) and a separate play room with double futon (access to the second twin is through this room). Wi-fi throughout the house. Guest access Guests are welcome to access the whole house and the garden. There’s also a garage / storage space for bikes and kit if needed (with direct access out to the village).
