The cottage is nestled away high on a private road in a quiet country setting, yet conveniently only 2 miles from Woodstock and 10 miles from Phoenicia! Relax on the grounds while watching our Kiko goats—drive into town to enjoy shops, restaurants, & the unique artistic culture of Woodstock—explore the many beautiful trails that the Catskill Park offers. The space The sparkling clean space has a kitchenette, including a microwave, toaster, a hot plate (kettle, pots and pans), a coffeemaker (with tea also provided), a mini-fridge, a private bedroom with a king-size bed, a full sized sleeper sofa, a full bathroom with tub shower, a workspace/table, and a fully functioning seasonal wood burning stove with a blue stone hearth. **Guests need to bring logs and kindling for the wood stove!!** Relax and enjoy all that Woodstock has to offer! Other things to note Our family of four, including our friendly Bernese Mountain Dog and Newfoundland, also live on the property. Driveway is shared with main house and guest house. We will respect your privacy and space at all times. During inclement winter weather, AWD/4WD vehicles are recommended, as our road and driveway are quite hilly!
