The horse track was located where the nearby private country club is now located. So while there is a lot of history here and everything is functional, please be aware that this is an older complex. We have done our best to update and upgrade and we’re always improving, but we can't change the year it was built! Each unit in the complex is on the smaller side. Guest access You have full access to the entire condo and common community areas. Your unit has a private backyard and private washer/dryer. Also, there is a propane BBQ grill that you are welcome to use. If you have kids we have a pack n play and high chair if you want to borrow. Let us know ahead of time so we reserve it for you! Other things to note We use Glade air fresheners for the units. Most of our guests love it, but if you’re sensitive to fragrance we’ll gladly remove it and do our best to air out the scent before your arrival.
