Year-round resident occupies basement apartment w/separate driveway and entrance--only exception to "entire house." Guest access Full amenities including, golf, tennis, weight room, pools, hot tub, skiing, tubing, and zip line are located 4 miles away at the Sapphire Valley Fairfield Club. Email owner adults names 2 days in advance for authorization. There may be a $2.00 per adult fee to get an "amenities card." Other things to note Very strict trash and plumbing system rules designed to protect the lake. Trash must be in closed plastic bags and placed in Bear proof receptacles. Recycling in blue bags. No strings allowed in plumbing, it binds the pump (no flushing dental floss or tampons).
