Quiet, spacious city cottage close to River Ness

The terraced cottage is a very well equipped property on two floors with a garden room and upper terrace. It sits within a secluded courtyard and is quiet and peaceful while being close to the many excellent restaurants, bars and shops which Inverness has to offer. It has private off-road parking. It is situated less than 5 minutes walking distance from the centre of Inverness and is very close to the River Ness, Inverness Cathedral and Eden Court Theatre. The space The terraced cottage is in a very quiet, tucked away corner of Inverness yet is only seconds from the majestic River Ness. Turn right at the river and you're at the start of the beautiful Ness Islands walk, turn left and you're 5 minutes from the buzz of the city. The cottage itself is fully renovated but also has much charm having been built circa 1850. Parking can be an issue in Inverness but we have a dedicated parking space immediately in front of the cottage. There is a small Tesco supermarket on Tomnahurich Street 3 minutes walk from the house. Accommodation: Living Room: comfortable seating for six, a cast iron gas stove and scented candles make for a welcoming retreat at the end of the day. Kitchen/Dining area: extremely spacious and well-equipped space for relaxing and dining. Incorporates a Rayburn gas stove for slow cooking and a Ninja Max Dual Zone Air Fryer along with a microwave for those who prefer 'fast food'.Large dining table and leather sofa. Garden room: Bright and sunny room with comfortable sofa and bistro table and chairs for alternative breakfast venue. Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed, ample storage and en-suite bathroom. This room has a dressing room attached in which you can find clothes-airer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and straighteners. Bedroom 2: Double divan bed with plenty of storage and hanging space Upper Terrace: wooden table and chairs for Al fresco dining or Highland sunbathing! Wifi is fast and reliable.
