The recently renovated house will ensure your privacy and tranquility as it is located between two private gardens that keep you away from direct neighbours. This is a three bedroom house and can comfortably sleep 6 people. There are two master bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a large queen-size bed, and the other with two single beds pushed together. Both have ensuite bathrooms (one with a tub and the other with a shower) and separate verandas. The Piano room has two adjacent single beds. There is no air conditioning in this room but a fan. There is a good-sized living room with a comfortable sofa and a 43’ TV with a satellite link, a stereo CD system, and an impressive fireplace. The dining table can sit eight. The large open kitchen is fully equipped and has every electric appliance that you may need. Just outside there is the beautiful terrace with its unique view. A small inset corner is ideal for your afternoon drinks while at the large marble table everyone will enjoy their candlelit dinner. The garden offers a lovely swimming pool (dimensions : 8mx4m / depth : 1,50m) with 2 pergolas and its sofa and deck chairs where you can relax and admire the view on the volcano.
