In the heart of Paris, this 20m2 ( all open in the same space) is located ground floor of a quiet & safe courtyard. It is ideal for a couple. The space This was the Artist studio of Mr Ladislas Kis, an Artisan of the Parisian Fashion Industry. He was an expert in leather and Clothes sewing. Mr Ladislas and his team have been creating here for more than half a century for sophisticated brands of the industry. He imagined here amazing bags, purses, belts and other unique fashion pieces. * Private Studio of 20m2 with open bedroom space. * "Atelier windows" in frosted glass, curtains and possibility to open 1 window. Floor Located ground floor on a quiet courtyard with lofts (2 security doors to access the "Maisonnette") Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, 2 Induction fire, cooking utensils, stove & pans, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine) Bed We know sleep is important! Cozy mattress, "Queen size" bed with 2 places (mattress + mattress cover, 4 pillows) / sheets, duvet are included. Fresh sheet & towels from our laundry partner Ellis. Note that this is a studio, the bed is not separate from the rest of the space.
