Pet friendly and wheelchair accessible. -INSIDE: Vaulted ceilings, full windows, lighted loft. 1st Floor=2 bedrooms + wooded views. Loft bedroom with Q, full, twin beds, reading and game areas. Accessible via ladder -OUTSIDE: 1,200sf Outdoor Living & game areas, fireplace & space 40 day Gu The space Great place for an individual, couple, or family get-a-way or small Company Retreats, Bachelor & Bridesmaid weekend. First-floor bedroom suite with K bedroom & 2nd bedroom suite with twin beds. Loft has D, Q, T beds, accessed via narrow stairs. To rent must sign the Agreement with all Guests' attending info, acceptance of House Rules, driver's license, and credit card required. Guest access Our Guests get access to 20 wood acres. The Lodge’s outdoor living area has an outdoor fireplace, web grill, sitting/picnic area, ping pong table & game areas. Rock Garden. Park with rock climbing+slide, picnic areas, rope swings, hanging hammocks, toddler play area with sandbox, and Tonka trucks. Meadow; fire circle, hammocks, 2 picnic areas, porch swing, bench, fire-circle-under-the stars, and large oak tree! Roam trails or curl up with a book. Room to roam and run, walk, or lots of places to curl up with a book. Bring bikes to use our paths. *Complimentary S'more Kit with Marshmallows, Hershey Bars, Graham Crackers long forks, lighter & free firewood. Fun for all ages. *Scavenger hunt for Kids! Set time for 20 minutes of fun ending with healthy snacks or a prize. You must request, a set time with Ms. Kathy at Check-in. Other things to note ~We do have a smaller space to rent on the property The Cabin, which sleeps 6. ~Wireless username and passwords? Will be sent via confirmation email. ~Is TV Available? The cabin does NOT have a TV, Bring your Laptop to access movies and tv. ~ Pet-Friendly w/Signed Agreement and HEPA non-refundable Pet Stay fee.
