This charming apartment is suitable for younger guests, digital nomads and cycling fans as it offers a garage for bikes. It has a beautiful sea view with three balconies. It is located on the second floor (attic), so it is not suitable for guests with mobility problems due to the circular stairs. Distance from the seacoast is 250 m, and from the sandy beach 1000 (15 min walk). The nearest restaurant is 50 m away. Market "Stanić" , butcher, bakery 250 m, large markets: Lidl and Plodine 600 m. The space The circular stairs are not suitable for older guests who have mobility difficulties ! This apartment offer beautiful sea view from three balconies. The apartment has 45 m2 and it is situated on the second floor. It has one bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning , kitchen, diningroom with table and bathroom with tub. IMPORTANT: The apartment is ideal for cycling fans as it offers a garage for bikes. We offer our guests free laundry, parking and fast, optical WI fi Mb/s 200 Bed sheets and towels are being changed weekly. There are appliances: gas stove, refrigator and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, water cooker, TV/SAT, iron with table, hair dryer, air conditioning in bedroom and central heating. There are many possibilities araund for surfing, kayaking, rowing, sailing... There are really nice mountain bike trails around. With the car, the world famous Rt Kamenjak is just 15 minutes drive away. 250 m from the apartment is little port with many sport boats having there their anchor. Free garage for bicycles. The entrance to the apartment is through a common corridor with circular stairs. Bed sheets and towels are being changed weekly. Parking is free within the yard. Other things to note In high season from 15 July to 15 August we prefer booking from Saturday to Saturday
