The space > On the front of our apartment overlooking the sea, there is a balcony exiting the lounge with a wide, sliding door. On the back side of the road, the bedroom opens onto a garden level balcony and garden. > There is an electric shutter in the door leading from the bedroom to the backyard and balcony. > Hot water in both bathrooms and the kitchen is provided through a sudden kettle. > One washing machine for guests is located in the warehouse next to the downstairs apartment door and will be available to guests staying in the other 2 apartments. > There is a useful shoe rack and coat rack at the entrance of the house, and there are cupboards and drawers in the rooms where you can easily store your belongings. >2 bathrobes, hand, face and bath towels, sheets, pillowcases, quilts, quilts and linens will be provided free of charge according to the need. > We are living in the 3rd floor of the same building, we are happy to help you if you have both house needs and questions about the area. ****************************************************************** Our large and useful flat with panoramic sea view and beautiful backyard is located in the heart of the magnificent Karaburun peninsula surrounded by sea and mountains. On the opposite side, which is closer to the road, the bedroom opens to the balcony and to the backyard. > There are electric shutters in the door opening from the bedroom to the garden and balcony. > Hot water is supplied to both bathrooms and the kitchen by an instant water heater located outside of the house. > A washing machine is available for the common use in the warehouse . > There is a cupboard with shelves and coat rack in the entrance of the house, also there are wardrobes and drawers in the rooms. > 2 bathrobes, bath, hand and face towels, sheets, pillowcases, summer blankets or duvets will be provided free of charge if needed. >We live on the third floor of the same building, and we will be glad to help you if you have any questions about the flat and the area.
