We are just a 7-minute drive from Telford Town Centre, the train station, the International Centre, the University, and Capgemini. Your room includes a fridge, essential toiletries, tea, coffee, and filtered water. Guests also have use of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and high-speed broadband. Self check-in is available for your convenience. The space The room is located on the first floor and comes with a welcome tray featuring filtered water for your comfort. Guests can enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, fresh towels, and free Wi-Fi. You are welcome to use the kitchen, which is equipped with a cooker, toaster, microwave, kettle, and cutlery. A washing machine is available for use once a week (an additional fee applies if you need it more often). Our home has a spacious garden with a large patio area furnished for outdoor relaxation. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac next to woodlands, the setting offers a peaceful stay surrounded by nature and wildlife. The house uses softened water throughout, and bottomless filtered water is always available. Guest access Private parking is available on our driveway or on the nearby street. Please ensure you do not park on our neighbors’ driveways. During your stay If you need any assistance during your stay, please feel free to ask me or my husband directly if we are around, or simply send us a message through the Airbnb app. We both work full-time on weekdays, but we are very responsive and will get back to you quickly. Other things to note The property features a large garden with seating areas, trees, and flowers, perfect for working, sitting, or simply relaxing. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors—you must go to the street if you wish to smoke. Please be considerate of our neighbors, as this is a quiet residential area. We also ask that you do not bring people who are not included in the booking. Visitors may drop you off, but that is all.
