Coco Cabina is perfectly situated in the pretty village of Compton Dundon, Somerton. Its picturesque setting is across the road from St. Andrew's Church {home to one of the UK's oldest trees} and in the valley between Lollover and Dundon (Beacon) Hills making it the perfect location for a country escape. The cabin is self contained and has been lovingly finished to a high standard with a quirky touch. This, coupled with gorgeous views of Lollover Hill, makes for a magical stay in Somerset The space Coco Cabina has been built to the highest specification with high quality insulation, double glazing and efficient electric heating to ensure it will be warm, comfortable and extremely cozy to use all year round. It is built on a raised area of our garden and there are 12 steps leading up to the area. Coco Cabina is c.260sq/ft and has a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, sink, nespresso machine with tea and coffee capsules supplied as well as local and fresh breakfast items (Please note there is NO COOKER/OVEN). The bathroom has a very generous walk in shower as well as a separate hand held shower head. Fresh towels can be warmed on the heated bathroom towel rail whenever necessary. The super king size bed has an original 1930's art deco headboard and side tables and is fitted with the ultimate in bedding. The views through the 3m sliding doors are of Lollover Hill and it really is a beautiful spot to sit on the decking and enjoy. There is a small breakfast bar/workspace between the kitchenette and the bedroom as well as a luxurious armchair and beautiful, padded, ottoman at the foot of the bed and a wardrobe with plenty of storage. Directly outside the sliding door there is a decking area with seating and a raised, south-west facing, garden space for you to enjoy a drink or two and watch one of our many amazing sun sets (fire pit and BBQ available upon request). For those rainy/lazy days there is a wall mounted smart TV with all Freeview channels as well as the option to log into any of your favourite streaming websites. The raised garden area of the cabin is for guests to enjoy their own space. Please note the cabin garden is not fully fenced off from the main garden. We have two very friendly dogs who are not allowed in the cabin but do share the garden and may appear from time to time. They can be kept away upon request.
