Beautiful newly renovated apartment in the center of Zagreb, 20 meters from park Zrinjevac and 5 minutes walk from the main square. Well designed for a comfortable stay for 4-6 people. Lovely living room to relax after long day of sightseeing with cable TV and a big sofa where two people can sleep. Two beautiful bedrooms with a big closet and double bed. A bathroom that contains all necessities and one extra bathroom with separate toilette. Nice kitchen that is fully equipped. The space Apartment is in the heart of Zagreb, next to park Zrinjevac and close to everything you might need, such as a market, tobacco shop, cafes, restaurants and all transportation services. It has WIFI (Internet), air condition, all kitchen amenities, towels, sheets and all bathroom equipment. Public transport is near to the place and easy to use. Guest access There is a public garage for parking about 10 meters from the apartment, the price is around 7 euros per day and no reservation is needed. Other things to note Check out is until 10 in the morning. There is a self check in with a password for a digital lock on the door of the apartment. Every guest will receive an email one day before arrival which includes all instructions and password for the entrance in the apartment, so the guest can make check in by himself whenever he arrives, after 2 p.m. According to croatian legislation and croatian law every guest is required to send his information like full name, document number and place and date of birth to the host. The host needs to report this information via e-visitor system where he pays special tourist tax per guest and per night which is included in the price of the apartment.
