A 'hideaway' cottage on a bridle path in Lilliput

A lovely cottage set on a bridle path in a quiet setting just a 5 minutes walk to the local amenities of Lilliput and Salterns Marina. From here you can run down to the waters edge and along to Sandbanks and then a run on the beach. Or just walk and enjoy the views from Evening Hill over Brownsea Island. The space A warm cosy cottage with a 'sun trapped' back garden. A home from home. New kitchen and dining area finished in 2023. The property has three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king size bed, bedroom two has twin beds. The new third bedroom is on the top floor with a double bed. There is also a fold up junior bed that goes into either bedroom one or bedroom two which is ideal for only for someone aged 10 years and under. We are sorry but the fold up bed will not fit an adult. So the property is not for 7 adults. When the junior bed is used, there will be less space in the bedrooms. There is also a travel cot if needed. Guest access The booking is for the entire property: driveway, house and garden. Other things to note We have baby cot, highchair and baby gate in the cottage if needed. We are sorry but the cottage is not suitable for any more than 6 adults. It is a quiet bridle path and not ideal for large groups / parties!
