Art and River House Footbridge, in Paradinha

Beautiful country house with pool, located on the Rio Paiva banks. Only 8km from Alvarenga with plenty of restaurants nearby, dine in or take away. Within the Arouca Geopark this house is 8km from the Passadiços do Paiva. Paradinha is a magical place where the road ends and a nature path begins. It’s a place to find fossils, for long walks, rafting, swiming and snorkeling in the cleanest river of the Iberian Peninsula. To fully enjoy the region it’s advisable to have your own car. The space House with 2 floors, with indoor and outdoor stairs into the kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms, a big kitchen connected to the living room and dining room and a big terrace where you can eat and relax. There is a terrace covered with kiwi plants where you can barbecue! The swimming pool invites to a nice bath. If you prefer the river, turn left and go down a small path through the village and in a 5 minute walk you will reach the beach on Paiva river. If you prefer to swim in a lovely canyon, turn right to another path and cross Paiva river by foot to reach Paivô river. It's just a 10 minute walk, and you will find nature at its best. From the house you can hear the sound of the river, a relaxing natural music all year long. I'm sure you'll always feel confortable at the house, surrounded by mountains and green coloured trees. Feel free to eat their fruits in the correct season. Other things to note The house is registed on Turismo de Portugal with the number 7022. The house is located in a very small village by the river. There is a bigger village named Alvarenga, located 7km away, where you can find a pharmacy, gas station, supermarkets and some typical restaurants.
