Exmouth Country Lodge - 3 Bedroom 25yrs+/families

Welcome to "Exmouth Country Lodge & Prattshayes Campsite." Our Property is located 3/4 of a mile from the beach and 2 miles from the town of Exmouth. The historic city of Exeter is 20 minutes away. We also offer Paddle Boarding, Windsurfing, and Archery Tag. Our property consists of 3 bedrooms with a kitchen/dining room/living area. The space The Accommodation consists of 2 bunk rooms which sleep 6 people each and 1 bunk room which sleeps 2. There are 4 x wet rooms (Bathrooms) and a large kitchen/diner with large farm style table and sofas. The accommodation is all on 1st floor level. Bed linen is provided but not towels. We take £100 room deposit that is fully refundable day after checkout and a £50 cleaning fee. Check in is from 4pm. Guest access EX8 5DB - Coral farm buildings, pull into courtyard car park. Access is up the right hand metal stairs. Door code will be provided on booking. Other things to note Dogs are allowed but are charged at £10/night/tail Bed linen is provided but no towels
