Spanning four levels, the layout is designed to offer both connection and absolute privacy, making it an ideal sanctuary for multigenerational families or groups. While the atmosphere encourages a slower pace, high-speed internet is installed throughout, providing an ideal environment for remote working. Third Floor: A secondary living area featuring a striking glass-floor with a snug place to sit with panoramic ocean views, alongside the ‘ocean view’ bedroom and private ensuite. Second Floor: The main entrance opens into the dining room, kitchen, and primary living room. This level also features the ‘mountain view’ double bedroom (convertible to twins) with an ensuite bathroom and sunken bathtub—perfectly suited for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. First Floor: The master double bedroom features an ensuite shower room and a fireplace. This level also includes a dedicated yoga and gym room, plus laundry facilities. Guest access Metato is a pedestrian village, and the house is reached via a 7-minute walk from the parking lot. The first section is a steep incline (equivalent to three flights of stairs) before leveling out and gently descending. The reward? Spectacular sea views all the way! Other things to note From June 1 to September 31, a local tourist tax of 1.5 € per person per night applies, which Airbnb does not collect or include.
