Apartment located on the 4th floor of a recent building, with 2 elevators and accessibility for people with reduced mobility. The apartment has a parking space in the building (on the -2 floor) available free of charge (not part of the apartment price), and under some restrictions, namely the size of the vehicle, since the access ramp is narrow, making it difficult for long and wide cars (e.g. SUVs) to access. A crib and high chair can be provided upon request. Bath towels and bed linen are provided. Bath towels are for exclusive use in the apartment. It is not allowed to take them to the beach.
