Here is another option to stay in, right in Steep Rock. No dusty back roads to drive down and just a few minutes away from the lake. Its a private lot and has two entrances, so no need to turn around. Its minimalist style will be great for people who enjoy camping. Plenty of outdoor space and privacy. The space This 'shed' has no plumbing, so bring a flashlight when needing to use the outhouse/toilet There is an outhouse on the property. Prepare as if you would be camping, but sleeping indoors. In summer there is a rain water barrel for hand washing and in winter a small indoor self contained sink with a foot pump and a removable drainage container. There is electricity, and a portable heater for winter. Also a microwave, mini fridge, keurig coffee machine, and water kettle. Guest access Parking is free on the property and there are 2 driveways making it easy even if pulling a camper or long trailer, boat, etc. I also provide free parking closer to the lake. You are also free to come to my home property just 7 km away where you can use the private walking trails, or see the chickens, dog, goat, etc… Or wander into the fields and explore.
