Welcome! Thank you for taking interest in staying at my recently refurbished flat! Cozy and sunny flat in the heart of Tbilisi is in 3 min walking distance to freedom square. Two bedrooms, Living room, kitchen, bathroom, Balcony, Wifi, air conditioner - everything that is needed for your perfect stay in Tbilisi! The space Ideal for remotely working from home, tourists and also for small families who want to stay in center of Tbilisi. All major touristic places are reachable on foot. What makes this place special is: high speed internet, comfortable beds, huge balcony with a view and everything for short or long term stays. The flat is located on the second floor (front with 3rd but to be walked only one floor) of the building. It was build in XIX Century and major reconstruction works was done in 1970's when major façade was fully changed and building itself renovated. Entrance was just recently fully renovated- updated pictures will be available shortly. Location is ideal for those who want to stay in city center during their stay in Tbilisi. A few words about rooms: Both bedrooms are finished fully, tastefully in neutral colors giving a serene, relaxing atmosphere, both bedroom have closet, bedside tables, 180X200 beds, chest of drawer, working desk with office chair, crib for small kids also available. since 2022 furniture upgraded, kitchen&bathroom remain same as per existing pictures. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, Hygienic shower, built in toilet, heated towel rail for providing additional comfort on chilly winter mornings. Living room has full HD, 50 inch Android TV, both TV and internet packages can be changed upon request ( to be agreed in advance), Corner sofa makes your stay in front of tv even more comfortable, there is also dining table, chairs and a shoe closet in the living room. Kitchen has all necessary equipment for your stay, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge with freezer, also washing machine is located in the kitchen. Separately there is oven which can be used anytime. In case of special request can be added more things ( to be informed and agreed in advance). Balcony- huge private balcony, with flowers and outside furniture will make your stay even more comfortable, working on it with glass of coffee or tea in early mornings is priceless.
