Great South Bay Cottage

Fantastic private cottage on Long Island's South Shore. Great access to the best beaches in the world (walk to bay, ferries to ocean). Short train ride to/from NYC, Wineries & The Hampton's. Experience the Island’s charm and culture. Enjoy Long Island summers. We employ a professional cleaning regiment. The space Comfortable living area, light and airy. The cottage has a loft bedroom and 3/4 bath w/shower on the 2nd floor, 1st floor has a full kitchen, dining area, den w/pullout couch, coffee table, flat screen TV w/streaming services. This is a no smoking facility, if you feel you must smoke, it must be done outdoors and we appreciate discarding any butts, etc... Guest access When you arrive, if you are driving, please park in the street in front of the property. The cottage is located in the back of the main house, walk up the driveway, through the gate and follow the walkway to the cottage. Other things to note Check-in is anytime after 1:00pm, we are flexible with late check-ins. On the other hand, so as to have time to prepare our place for the next guest, check-out time is no later than 11:00am, unless we arrange something ahead of time. Again, we are health conscious and employ a professional cleaning regiment.
