X-Alp Ötztal - Chalet Tschirgant - near ski resort

Our new apartment in Tyrolean style is located in an idyllic and sunny location on a more than 3500 m² property in Sautens. Despite the quiet location, we are centrally connected. A terrace, children's playground and barbecue area are provided. Through the design of our outdoor area, we bring the alpine flair directly into the valley. The place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, business travelers, families and big groups. The TOP location in the Ötztal ;-) The space The apartments built in 2019 (each about 40 m²) are identical in layout and each can accommodate 2+2 people. These apartments are ideal for couples or small families. They consist of a cozy eat-in kitchen (fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa bed for 2 people) where you can have a good time together. There is also a spacious bedroom and bathroom in each apartment. The apartments have become great and you will certainly have a nice time there and the outdoor area is really unique and beautiful in the Ötztal. Guest access The lodge is centrally connected to a free ski bus (3-minute walk). There is also a bakery and a grocery store nearby (5-minute walk) The Höchoetz ski resort can be reached in 5 minutes by car (or optionally by free ski bus). The famous Sölden ski resort can be reached in 35 minutes by car (or alternatively free ski bus) The Küthai ski resort is also nearby. The outdoor swimming pool Sautens is about 200 meters from our lodge. The very warm idyllically located mountain lake "Piburgersee" is also worth a trip. Area 47 is quickly accessible at a distance of 5 km.
