My bright and cozy 3 bedroom home is 2 doors away from a beautiful and serene park and only a bike/short hike from adorable Old Town Lafayette (great restaurants and shopping) as well as Lake Waneka (with gorgeous views of the Rocky Mountains). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). You will love my home and it’s very safe neighborhood! People love my home because they have the entire home to themselves! Plus, it is close to everything. It is halfway between Waneka Lake and our quaint "old town" Lafayette. It is bright and happy and you will also have access to bikes, kayaks, hiking sticks and we have an awesome fire pit in the backyard. I am two doors down from a great walking/running park as well! What else could anyone want? Guests have the entire home. I travel a lot so my home is a great place to call your own! You have the home to yourselves but I have a cleaning service and my grown children nearby to help if you need anything! If you are wanting the mountains or Boulder, my home is within 15 miles. Rocky Mountain National Park is within 45 minutes. In Lafayette, I am half way between (walking or biking distance) to both of Lafayette's greatest assets: Lake Waneka and downtown Lafayette! It is a perfect location. Plus my backyard is large so you can also have a big private patio to come home to after a big day of exploring! You will most likely have a rental car but there is plenty to do if you are a hiker or biker. There are trails all over our town and you could take trails all the way to Boulder. We have great neighbors and it is a very safe and quiet neighborhood!
