Beautiful house by the beach

Wonderful 3-bedroom beach house on the private, car-free Aigaio estate - just 1 minute on foot from a child-friendly beach. Sea-view balconies, large rear terrace, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, A/C and WiFi. Kids play freely all day: playground, basketball court and safe estate grounds. Beach umbrella and chairs provided. Close to the tavernas, mini markets and beach bars of Mola Kaliva (1 km) and Nea Skioni (5 km) - the perfect base for a relaxed Halkidiki family holiday. The space The house (~90 m2) is set over two floors. Ground floor: a bedroom with a small double bed (1.4 m), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, cosy living area, WC with shower head, and a small terrace with table and chairs. Upper floor: two bedrooms with double beds (1.6 m), a full bathroom, and front and rear balconies with sea view. Outside you'll find a large rear terrace with sofa and a coal BBQ. We provide linen, body and face towels, a baby crib on request, and a beach umbrella with four chairs to take to the beach. Guest access You have the entire house to yourselves, including all terraces and balconies, plus two parking spots in front. The estate is private and car-free with direct access to the beach, 1 minute on foot. The estate has a one-way system: enter via the WEST gate and exit via the EAST gate. Guests can also enjoy the estate's playground and basketball court. Other things to note A car is recommended - the closest village, Mola Kaliva, is 1.5 km away. The estate follows quiet hours: 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00. Hot water runs on a switch - turn it on 20 minutes before showering. Cleaning service is not included but can be arranged on request, as can fresh linen changes during longer stays. The small double bed downstairs is 1.4 m wide, slightly smaller than standard.
