A house on sea like a ship

The apartment is located in a building on a rock overlooking the sea. It is very close to the beach (30mt) and offers an enchanting view of Mount Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples. It is the ideal base for exploring the area by car or public transport. The sea is within walking distance, making it suitable for families with children. Its panoramic views make it very romantic and offer unique emotions, like being on a ship. Consists 2double rooms, living room, hallway (with bed), K, terrace and 2wc The space The apartment, which is accessed by climbing a single flight of stairs, is composed of 2 double bedroom, hallway-entrance (with bed), living room, kitchen (not big but equipped with double sink, refrigerator, oven, hob , microwave, electric grill, etc.), bathroom with shower, toilet and large terrace (including a tent protected part) furnished with outdoor tables and chairs. The apartment, that can accomodote up to five peaple, is equipped with air conditioning, fiber optic and Wi-Fi, smart TV with digital terrestrial antenna and satellite system (with international channels) radio - CD stereo and washing maschine. Guest access The apartment is all for the exclusive use of guests, who will have access to every part thereof. Other things to note From the house you can easily access the train station, the center of Vico Equense and the beaches. The house does not have private parking. However, there is a free public parking lot about 30 meters from the house, which is generally available except during peak periods (sometimes in July and August). In these cases, a private parking lot is always available about 200 meters away, at a discounted rate of approximately €15 per day, payable directly to the manager. From the beginning of June to the end of September there is a public bus that connects Marina di Vico with the train station and the town center (eight hundred-thousand mt. from the house). In the vicinity of the house there are excellent restaurants, which, if you want, will bring your food home. For those who are not with the car we provide at arrival free transfers from the train station of Vico Equense (or from the town center ) at home. Since the house is located on a cliff and surrounded by greenery, ants may be present during the warmer months, so special care is required to avoid leaving food debris exposed.
