It is a fully finished, carpeted basement space consisting of a guest room with full-sized bed, attached bathroom with jet tub, a separate shower outside sauna and private office The space The private suite is located downstairs and includes a private guest room with full bed, adjacent private bathroom, office with large desk for computer/remote work. Shared Fully equipped kitchen and laundry available, along with a family room with fireplace and TV, shaded yard with barbecue grill and brick paver patio. Host is frequently out of town so space can often be your own home without anyone else present, unless another guest rents room on second floor and/or host is in town. Guest access Kitchen, laundry, family room, living room, back-yard barbecue and private, gardened, shaded brick-patio with outdoor furniture During your stay I will socialize or provide space, whatever is most comfortable to you.
