Near to Alton Towers, set in a peaceful courtyard location, our converted coach house, offers a self- contained, comfortable annexe with its own entrance and parking, ideal for a family or 4 adults. Local attractions: JCB,Uttoxeter Races, Peak District, Trentham gardens, Monkey World, Potteries, Waterworld & Stoke Ski slope. Within walking distance are Pubs, cafes, shops and country rambles. The annexe is a combined lounge bedroom, kitchen/dining area,en-suite, double bed and large sofa bed. The space Attached to our family home, the south facing accommodation is bright, comfortable and on one level for easy mobility. Sleeping arrangements consist of one double bed and a sofa/day bed which converts to 2 attached singles. As self catering accommodation, we have tried to equip the annexe with everything necessary to make your stay both comfortable and enjoyable, inc tv & WiFi. In the courtyard and garden, there is a spacious summer house, children’s play equipment and a variety of furniture to sit and relax on. We also have two fish ponds. Please note it is the responsibility of guests to keep children safe when using the garden at all times, including supervision on play equipment or when near our ponds. Our friendly dogs Daisy and Ollie, are also kept within the main house. On arrival, for your convenience, we supply an introductory light continental style breakfast. Guest access As hosts, we try to meet you on arrival to ensure you feel welcome and answer any questions you may have about the accommodation or the local area. However, we do have a key safe lock for self check in, if necessary. In our garden, which you have access to, there is a large lawn to play on, a spacious summer house, numerous seating and lounging areas ( including hammocks) and two ornamental fish ponds. Please note it is the responsibility of all guests to keep children safe within the garden. Free, safe parking is available in the property grounds. Other things to note We have security cameras on our drive and courtyards.
