VAGIA Residence, part of the Serifians Houses is a perfect retreat from the fast pace of the world. The residence is built out of stone in the unpretentious spirit of the island and has the stamp of its owner’s architectural view. The space Vagia Residence, is part of a 3-acre (12,000 sqm) property which is built on three levels offering privacy on each level. It reflects a state-of-the-art restoration of the original structure of four traditional stone-built agricultural residencies (including an old wood stove) built in the early 20th century. The residence features numerous amenities designed to make your vacation what vacations are meant to be: peaceful, relaxing, rejuvenating. With all of the island’s most exotic beaches nearby, activities are plentiful and your dream holiday awaits you! It offers a very special experience with a home away from home atmosphere and makes every guest a lifetime guest. The upper level is a 40m2 studio, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining-living area, king size bed, guest bathroom and a loft double bed. The 35 m2 terrace functions as a summer dining and sitting area inviting you to sunbathe and relax whilst gazing at the magnificent view of the Aegean sea with 180 fish-eye see view. The lower level has an interior space that consists of a 60m2 space with one master bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds and a living room kitchen area with another sofa where one more person (e.g. a child) can be accommodated. Also, the house has a comfortable kitchen and guest bathroom. The outdoor 100m2 terrace has an additional outdoor shower, a large dining area and a comfortable sitting area that invites you to sunbathe and relax. The residence accommodates up to 11 persons including kids and there is 24-hour support from authorised staff in any technical matter you may need. Other things to note The house is located 10 minutes by car (5 km) from the port in a peaceful and private location overlooking Vagia beach. All our houses at Serifians have a south facing orientation facing the sea, so you can enjoy plenty of sunlight from dawn till dusk. Sunrises and sunsets are truly magical here. All grocery stores and super markets are located at the port. The house is 700 meters or a 10-12 minutes walk (alternatively 5 minutes by car) from Vagia beach, which is one of the best on the island. After Vagia you will find another famous beach, Ganema, which is protected from the winds. Both beaches have excellent taverns and restaurants serving from noon until sunset.
