You will have a pleasant stay in the heart of the Plateau-Mont-Royal, in this warm loft equipped for 2 people. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a solo trip (1 queen size bed available). The space Features enjoyed by my guests: - You will be located in the centre of the famous Plateau-Mont-Royal district which is full of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, ... - This bright, spacious and fully equipped 70sqm loft will be the ideal accommodation for a successful stay. - Easily accessible by public transport. - Fully equipped linens, towels, vanity kits and a few coffee capsules will be provided. - The loft has air conditioning. Other features to consider: - The accommodation is on the 3rd floor without a lift. - You will have one set of keys at your disposal. Housing: You'll appreciate my place for its comfort, its equipment and its location. The loft can accommodate 2 people and is located on the 3rd floor only accessible by stairs. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: - A friendly and bright living space: sofa, armchairs, television, dining table for 4 people and a second lounge area with a table that can serve as a work desk. - A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, kitchen utensils. - A bedroom open to the living room with a queen size bed, bedside table. - A neat bathroom: bath, sink with mirror, toilet. Guest access Parking is available on the surrounding streets (for a fee) and there are various parking garages in the area. Other things to note Check-in access will be provided by mobile phone app. Guest must have access to a smart phone, internet to enter the front door. Keypad access to apartment is available.
