The villa each floor is 1200 Sq Ft ( 112 Sq M) has 3 large Double Rooms, a large Sitting/Dining Room and two large bathrooms, 2 kitchenettes (one each floor), sea facing balconies. The villa can be booked as 1,2, or 3 rooms each having KING size beds, the sitting room has a bed/setee. Adjoining building has another bedroom, attached bath room and a large kitchen. Villa has 3 Air Conditioners and two refrigirators. Internet , TV, Hot water, stand by Generator etc. Guest access Property is facing a rural tarred road, which has a bus service from Tangalle. The property faces a private beach. The entire neghbourhood is in a rural setting, and the beach is semi private and not a crowded area. During your stay A housekeeper manages the villa and property on behalf of the owner. Guests will be greeted by the housekeeper for check-ins from 07:30 - 17:00. Late check-ins available by arrangement. Rooms are serviced daily.
